    Pros

    - pay on par with industry
    - opportunity to move up the ranks every 2 years
    - top performers get compensated significantly better

    Cons

    - lack innovation
    - not a silicon valley company (not comparable to facebook, linkedin, ebay etc)
    - Not top pay; avg to poor benefits in comparison

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    - increase innovation and risk taking
    - allow top performers to move up faster than peers
    - improve non-pay benefits
    - internal processes are broken; fix to improve productivity
