    I worked at Hewlett-Packard

    Pros

HP was the most ethical and customer oriented company I have ever known. The company's level of training, support, professional encouragement and opportunity is unmatched.

    Cons

By being the best team in the industry, you become a competitor's target from every corner of the market. On occasion it becomes too distracting as well as enjoyable since it allows you to become more competitive yourself. Unfortunately these distractions often are too time consuming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To continue and increase the level of accountability and professional responsibility that have been their historical signature since HP's inception in the garage in Palo Alto California.
