Pros

Work like balance, friendly managers, flexible working hours. work from home policy. on site opportunities. Decent pay package. Internal job rotation

Cons

Lack of co-ordination between various teams, since size of the org is huge

Advice to Management

Fast track career growth of employees who out performers. Encourage good performers to look for more challenging roles with in the org.

    Pros

    Good work/life balance Given automony for negotiation Good IT tools Great and friendly colleagues Good Brand name to be put in resume

    Cons

    Not competitive in terms of pay though they have improved in the flexi credit scheme Some management is unable to lead the team well

    Advice to Management

    Give more due recognition to the employees when required Promote the employees by competency and not in terms of the years of working in HP

    Pros

    Very intellectaully stimulating. When you have everything IT to sell you have broad opportunity to learn something new everyday.

    Cons

    Lack of focus; too heavy on internal governance - as a result the salesforce is less than nimble; lack of sales enabling technology; weak generation of "tenured" employees.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the day-to-day life of the bag carrying salesperson as is, not as middle management describes. There is a disconnect between goals and the ability to execute, due to lack of resources, poor vertical portfolios, high overhead.
