Pros – WOrk Culture and good ethics. Work Culture is always good at hp. No Senior and junior divide and overall good interaction
Cons – Less pay is one of the main factors when comparing with other competitive companies which give a greater pay
Advice to Senior Management – Pay more for the employees .
