The good, bad and the Ugly

Solutions Architect (Former Employee)

ProsGreat compensation and benefits. The promotion and internal transfers are all in who you know

ConsTreated like a number. Very competitive and brutal in the treatment of presales consultants. Lack of performance reviews and recognition.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't focus on increasing the bottom line with WFR and letting people go. This is a large corporation and the effort to hire new people is certainly more expensive than moving people around internally. Trying to transfer to another internal department is like you are getting hired from the outside. There is no loyalty to current employees and no preference to someone who already knows the company.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
