“Very long and somewhat rewarding.”
Former Employee – worked at Hewlett-Packard
Pros – Home based work environment if you know how to budget your time so you can complete the tasks at hand.
Cons – Very little interaction between the field work force and the management team that is supposed to evaluate you on a yearly basis.
Advice to Senior Management – Need more interaction between the players in the field that are making things happen, and the management team that is supposed to support them.
