    Pros

    Great work-life balance.
    Empowerment to employee to perform the job well.

    Cons

    Promotion is tough as senior management have no visibilty.
    Service Tower model does not work well, cause differences between internal teams with too "well defined scope".
    Leverage resource model means everyone is stretched.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to remove the mid management layers and align different service towers to work as one.
    Focus on total customer experience.

    Good CEO - Meg Whitman. For first time in many years Meg is building a leadership team that is working together. Employees eee this as a positive and are encouraged. But the challenges are huge.

    Cons

    Salary increases and promotions are rare for US based employees.
