“Overall a Good Company - Employee friendly”
Current Employee – been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Concerns raised are attended. Work-Life Balance is good at HP
Cons – Those people who speak more would get promoted or recognized. Empty Vessels make more noise
Advice to Senior Management – It has been very good Company when i joined in 2007 and things changed slow then. It is big Corporate jungle with less Hyenas compared to other corporate Jungles.
