Employee concern, various benefits, values

Cons

Inner politics that always cheat in rating and salary. Not much concern about women employees. Transportation and food was worse in Chennai

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Please make the rating more tangible to everyone, for what reasons they get or they dont get. It is worst.

    Pros

    Flexible working hours, good pay.

    Cons

    Keeps on buying companies, no salary hikes, very weak performance bonuses, always in WFR (Work Force Reduction) mode.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Why do you want to hire people in the first place later to fire them via WFR? Restrict hiring whereever not required or internally managed and keep your existing employees happy.
