“HP Geboc”
Former Employee – worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for less than a year
Pros – Has a great work environment. A lot of extra activities that can develop each one's thinking and experience.
Cons – Despite all the programmes, the REAL possibility to grow in the company are quite low. It is almost impossible to work to the REAL HP, and from the contractor Global E-business the visibility on the real market is almost down to zero.
Advice to Senior Management – Create a long-term development programme for each employee. A real one, not just a small chat with the supervisor, that is in fact the same employee as everyone, but with sligher more things to do.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
