    Pros

Deep respect for all employees. Trust

Female oriented. Ladies first logic should be applied in public queue not in corporates. All should be treated based on their performance.

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard

    Pros

*) The sky is the limit at this firm.
*) Career-wise individuals are responsible for carving out own destiny.
*) Exposure to different cutting-edge technologies.

    Cons

*) Sometimes it seems like HP's consulting practice keeps going round-and-round in circles on projects without any clear direction.
*) Unfortunately, still entrenched in EDS's outdated practices.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    *) Recognize and Appreciate Talent.
*) Move away from some of EDS' old/stale practices.
