“Not bad, but not that great”
Current Employee – been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – You can work from home or in a office (cube). There's generally a good work / life balance, and managers do their best to help you resolve whatever issue you need help resolving
Cons – Upper management sees workers as a commodity, and don't do much to try to retain top talent. Pay is mediocre, benefits slowly slipping away. It isn't the same HP it was 15 years ago.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
