Current Employee – been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Wide range of skills used and honed on a regular basis. P&L, People, Technical and Sales.
Endless job opportunities if you are a dedicate top performer.
Cons – Upheaval in org charts happen way to often. Job security is missing. Raises are rarely granted, even with a promotion. Bonuses are pretty much a joke. Advice to Senior Management – Improve training and start to provide cost of living expenses. Many of us are being chased by HP's competitors. With much higher salaries.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
