Pros

Flexible work time. As long as you get the job done. Rather independent working style. Limited supervision. Very little politics, everyone will help each other. Constant review of work performance and feedback from bosses.

Workload is usually manageable.

Cons

Pay and bonuses are not fantastic. Company isnt doing very well recently.

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The people on the front lines are dedicated and great to work with. Many of them understand what is needed because they work directly with the customers and technology. Listen to them please!

    Cons

The higher up the ladder you go, the more dysfunctional it gets. Upper management has no clue and lies to Meg and her top people in order to keep their place in the pecking order, regardless of the outcome.
