    I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time (less than a year)

    Pros

Flexible working hours. Reasonable compensation for experienced new staff.

    Cons

Not much growth at the moment due to world wide slow down. Salary is largely suppressed due to influx of foreign engineers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open when conflicts arrive in your team. You need not tell the team that details of the plans you have to deal with the situation but at least let them know you are working on resolving the conflicts. Stop lip-service.
