Pros – Good Technical Staff committed to delivery

Cons – Middle Management indifference
Middle Management to influenced by friendships rather than looking at competence
Advice to Senior Management – Start putting pressure on middle managment to manage rather than push paper to meet targets. Make sure targets align with corporate business objectives.
