Middle Management indifference
Middle Management to influenced by friendships rather than looking at competence

Start putting pressure on middle managment to manage rather than push paper to meet targets. Make sure targets align with corporate business objectives.

    Pros

    good work life balance most times. Employee friendly, good environment, great colleagues. Vast variety of roles, and no restraint to move.

    Cons

    Salary is below market average. Management layers can be trimmed to reduce costs. Focus on making it easier to SELL the products we make. It will help in making better products also.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    better to split the company for better focus and agile strategy than spend time and energy managing such a large scale.
