Pros – Big company. Lot of opportunities to move amongst the organizations and enhance different skill sets. Employees are treated with great respect. Good work life balance.
Cons – Big company. What you get depends on which organization and the which pocked you end up working for and with.
Advice to Senior Management – Long term focus is very important. For a product development company, it is very important to understand that it takes vision and time to deliver unique products that solve real customer problems.
