Work-life balance, very smart colleagues, dedicated employees, great benefits

Cons

Company too big, too many acquisitions of late not integrated into company prorperly, not a lot of room for movement in job/job family.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on HP's core strengths, stop trying to be everything to everyone in the tech industry.
