    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

    - Money was good - Smart people - Could work virtual

    Cons

    - Not paying attention to customer (from the top) - too much bureaucracy - tough to get anything done - No strategic vision - lack of innovation and overall pretty cold-hearted

    Advice to Management

Get someone in at a high level that can truly make a difference. Force the board to weed out people who continue to make stupid moves at the top level.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Hewlett-Packard as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

The position composed of 12-hour shifts for 3 days a week (M-W or Th-Sa), and alternate Sundays. Atmosphere was very laid back, and fairly safe.

    Cons

No holidays aside from Thanksgiving and Christmas. Non-paid vacation days.

    Advice to Management

Please get line managers LEAN or Six-Sigma training so they can better implement workers in the line.
