Pros – free environment work place. you can work from home two days each week
Cons – without good benefits, even need to pay insurance by yourself, company doesn't cover. If you are just a college graduate, this place is not a good place to gain more growth. Even a team lead who is working at this place for over 10 years, he is not easily to change the position to management.
