“It's always "wait and see, it'll get better"”
I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great colleagues, work life balance, flexible hours, training, resources available
Cons – Current lack of clear strategy and leadership at the moment. Poor benefits and perks.
Advice to Senior Management – We need a strong visionary
