100%ig US-dominiert. Kein Bewusstsein für Unterschiede zu anderen Ländern. Kürzungen entsprechend dem US-Standard. Kein echter Respekt vor anderen Kulturen.

    sehr schöne Arbeitsatmosphäre. Die meisten Leute sind offen und helfen einem gerne, so gut sie können.

    very nice work atmosphere, most of the people are open and willing to help as good as they can.

    Cons

    Wie in den meisten Großunternehmen gibt es viele Verfahren, die den eigenen Arbeitsfortschritt hemmen und man manchmal kreativ sein muss, um Dinge zu erreichen (aber das ist okay und die meisten Manager wissen das zu schätzen)

    like in most of the big companies, there are many processes which slow your work progress down, and sometimes require to be creative in realizing things (but thats ok and most managers appreciate that )

    Langzeitdenken ist angesagt - außerdem sollten Menschen Vorzug vor Aktionärswert gegeben werden!

    Think long term, and prioritize people over shareholder value!
