I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

There are still a lot of very good, very talented engineers working there.

    Cons

They cut costs everywhere, even when it doesn't make sense. They, for example, sold our site and moved us into a rental where there isn't enough room for everyone to work in a productive environment. They cram us 4-6 employees per large cubicle.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give us our cubes back. Stop off-shoring jobs. Start investing in R&D before it is too late.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
