I worked at Hewlett-Packard as a contractor (more than a year)

    Pros

Flexibility of Schedule, Pay was ok, Access to a broad pool of potential jobs, experienced co-workers

    Cons

I was a slave. Go here, do this now, do that tomorrow, do this the next day. Jack of all trades. More tenured employees probably had a lot of consistency in their job, but mine was janitor one day and CTO next day. Felt a little thrown together. Training was non-existent. The word around the office was a Walmart greeter gets more training than the average HP EDS employee

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Training program to promote the value proposition of HP from day one.

    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
