Former Employee - Software Engineer
Former Employee - Software Engineer

I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year

Pros

I was lucky enough to have very interesting work, and I got to work with some great people.

Cons

Many others were stuck on particularly boring, dead-end, tasks. Challenging authority does not go down very well at all. Very traditional waterfall software development.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more willing to adopt agile development practices.
