“There will be politics...”
Former Employee – worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – The group I worked in had fantastic, smart and talented people.
Cons – It can get very difficult doing anything that requires cross-business-unit collaboration.
Advice to Senior Management – Solve the BU collaboration issues. HP has amazing talent that gets drowned by politics and complicated processes. Make it easy for people and organizations within the company to be successful.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
