“Good compensation but too much of red tape leading to loss of business”
I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year
Pros – Colleagues respect your time.
Awards for excellent work.
Work from home.
Cons – Red tape leads to additional work, re-work and at times loss of business.
New ideas take longer to be institutionalized or are lost in the milieu of bureaucracy and complacency.
Advice to Senior Management – Remove bureaucracy at all levels. Other organizations are leaner and have quick approvals and processes in place that will help business.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
