- Opportunities to learn something new are a plenty.
- Get a very good exposure to industry trends and standards
- Flexible work hours
- Unlimited sick days (in US)
- Very responsive HR (at least in US)
Cons
- Not enough compensation for the work put in (base pay)
- Vacation benefits really bad (0 carry over to next year)
- No more 401 k matching or ESPP
- Not enough flexibility to change teams within company
- Really long and stressful work hours
- IT support within the company not very good.
Advice to Senior Management
- Salary structure could be improved , especially for the base pay
- scrapped benefits ( like vacation carry over, ESPP, 401k matching ) should be re-instated asap
