Pros – 1. Flexible location and schedule.
2. Respectful and cooperative co-workers.

Cons – 1. Might be a slow ride for someone wants a quick career advancement.
2. Given the size of the company, roles can be too narrowly-defined making it difficult to see the big picture.
Advice to Senior Management – 1. Promote a culture for continuous improvement.
2. Increase efficiency.
