    Great people management needs improvement

Enterprise Account Manager (Former Employee) Denver, CO

I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: The best people in the industry to work with. Fantastic products a market leader… Cons: Top management is all over the place. Lots of drama in the very upper ranks. Processes are difficult… Advice to Senior Management: Simplify processes. Upper management is still out of touch with individual contributors. Stop constantly changing sales comp plans… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More

I worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: Work with little or no management in put, if willing to move opportunities to grow… Cons: No pay raises in last two years because of current cost cutting. Management to busy doing reports to focus on workers… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
