Pros

As far as big companies go, you could do a lot worse than HP. IT solutions will never go away, and HP covers a wide playing field - great scope for career evolution.

Cons

It's a huge, complex organization. Progress can be slow. Find the right business unit, and the world is your oyster.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Don't stifle innovation, over-invest in your people - they are the true lifeblood of HP.
