Technology Consultant (Current Employee) Milan (Italy)

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than 3 years

Pros: Salary is aligned with other big consulting companies Open door culture Theorically… Cons: Bad reward policy, not based on actual and measurable personal records Huge contrast between 10+ years employees and new graduate hires: salary are locked, benefits are… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
