Former Employee – worked at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year
Pros – The management would push you to the limit, so you get good improvement on expertise and knowledge.
Cons – The compensation is low, and the hours are long. Also, as the company is not performing well, there is a lot of re-organizations.
Advice to Senior Management – invest more on R&D
