Pros

The culture and flexibility has been great. No strict rules or checks. Self-paced and deliverable based.

Cons

Annual increase is very low. Performance are affected by non-work factors. Admin and initiative work eats up your time.

Advice to Management

Invest more on people. People leave because of the "push" not the "pull" of other companies

    Pros

Great direct managers, flex office, company car, professional colleagues. They let you self manage, and take control of your own accounts....at least in my office.

    Cons

Very intense layers of reporting, forecasting, weekly, monthly, quarterly, years sales territory planning, sometimes requiring presentations to upper management. Very administratively time consuming. Some staff perfected the art of managing these these in steadying actually seeing clients and winning business.

    Advice to Management

Give your sales staff the freedom to become superstars, or hang themselves. But judge them on their numbers, bottom line, not on who hands you the best reports.
