Poor management, talented developers

Pros- the company has very talented people

Cons-Unfortunately management is very poor
-projects are very poorly managed
-can't get best out of the people working there
-contractors are considered third class citizens

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
