Company with a long and solid history. Solid engineering.

But current environment is very toxic with stealth layoffs occurring every week in some part of the company. You never know when the axe will swing through your area.

Cons

Under the current leadership, the only focus is cutting costs.

Advice to Senior Management

Growth through acquisition where you can also achieve efficiencies and claim growth is fooling no one.

Cutting your salary (but leaving your bonus untouched) while cutting employee salary also is fooling no one.
