Pros

Good Place to learn new things, deep technological influence. Lots of experienced ppl to work with in US.

Cons

Hierarchy, Nepotism, Changes in work environment, project cancellation & management support.

    nice team member rich resource for build up you own skill set flexible

    sleeping management level not being appreciated by management level do not expect for up-to-par increment do not expect for any extra bonus other than contractual
