Pros

It is longest firm in valley, right ? there are still many great people working in this firm alought in last decade it not rising .

Cons

As biggest hardware vendor , it is still a hardware vendor , but not a service/information provide firm like IBM. It is sales company more than a firm with innovations.

    Pros

The challenging projects / assignments in Hewlett-Packard Malaysia have enabled me to learn and grow even though the stress and pressure was tremendous. The past management team has put in placed a very good structure and platform for beginner PM to learn from a team of experienced PM.

    Cons

There was no continuity in maintaining and retaining the best talent in the company. Due to the complexity and size of the projects, many good talents left the company due to fatigue and frustration.

    Advice to Management

Look at what was done well in the past and maintain it.
