    Pros

    Relaxed work, best for who have learnt enough and like to settle down for rest of life

    Cons

    1. No initial training provided 2. You will be forced to work against your interests 3. Lot of managerial politics 4. You will not be pulled up to the area of your interest even if you perform well 5. you see more number of people from same state with in a project 6. You will never be heard, just forced.

    Advice to Management

    Please arrange training's, stop hiring already trained people for a challenging role, instead train the internal resources. let people grow and stay with the company.
