    Family oriented company managers take great care to look after staff and hold regular 360 degrees feedback sessions to let staff know strengths and weakness good structured information

    Cons

    Too much restructuring in the company senior management changes happening too frequently

    Pros

    Has critical mass and relevant solutions to work with every enterprise customer needing alternatives to other proprietary lock-in approaches. HP is choice.

    Cons

    Pressured results are suspending a global view of customer which is giving too much power to business units and stressing customer satisfaction. Long term vision isn't so clear as before.
    Too much personal agendas and less customer focus.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen and focus again to customers, clear and simplify HP strategy.
    Look inside the organization and find who is customer oriented and who is focused on personal agendas, then you know what to do.
