I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year

Pros

Relaxed office environment. Pleasant colleagues. Work from home appears to be an option.

Cons

Complete lack of quality management. Talent goes unnoticed by management because it is outside their knowledge sphere. Value-added is not harvested.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The lack of quality management is hurting this product, severely.

    Opportunity to learn a lot and move to new positions within the company.

    Cons

    Don't expect pay increases with promotions.

    Thank you for starting to invest in people care in FY2013. Be sure to continue to build on this momentum and incorporate it into the culture. Also, be sure to reward your top performers with nice pay increases and/or bonuses. You will be surprised how far that goes.
