Pros

You get to learn a lot of technologies within a short amount of time. I definitely enjoyed this part of the job.

Cons

Sometimes it's a little too fast paced.

Spread out the tasks more evenly over time.

    Pros

    Good people, some good leadership

    Cons

    Bad environment = "can't do" attitude, too many overlays and folks getting paid for transactions they didn't touch, mid-level management that is low value-add

    Advice to Management

    Some great leadership, lots of good folks...take a look at the mid-level management layers and streamline; also cut the number of overlays and folks paid for business they didn't touch.

    Pros

    overtime pay, company vehicle, I can't think of any other pros except that it was a job

    Cons

    poor line managers, their only goal was to get their bonuses. They could care less for the work load and stress that they put their workers under. You had very little work/life balance it was mostly work. the company talks about it but that is what it is just talk

    Advice to Management

    Stop micro-managing your people,if you have to do that then just get rid of them, "C" class employees create a stressful workplace for your "A" class employees, and after years of flustration of dealing with this environment, you are losing a lot of your great workers and you are left with those who are just collecting a paycheck and are home watching TV everyday before the work day is over. If you think that is not happening keep managing the same way you have for years, and you will be in the same place you are now. If you take care of the customer your numbers will fall in line, you have lost your focus on customer, you are so worried about your numbers that you are missing the boat with true customer satisfaction
