    Pros

    They offer a good salary and also gives flexibility to their employees to work in-site or off-site, also gives you the oportunity to pursue other positions within the company by using your own career development plan, also has very good training and the oportunity to learn or teach others.

    Cons

    In some cases you will find the sense of being stuck in the rutine or repetitive work, also has a medium/high rotation of their employees or contractors, in some situations there are people specially in management that does not have enough vision and hability to deal with different points of view.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on increase the surveillance and training to the people involved in management, to ensure that they job is complying the company requirements and they did not got that job by their seniority or by the help of other coworkers.
