    Pros

    - Good salary for the work - Flexible with scheduling and working odd hours if desired - They tried to promote professional development with a mentor program

    Cons

    - Very little involvement from management when it comes to evaluating work. - It was difficult to see how my work actually contributed to the success of the company - Rarely was the work honestly challenging or motivating - I could not see myself happy with any position in the company. The entire culture just felt stale, uninspired, and unexciting.

    Advice to Management

    - Get involved with employee's work - Provide feedback - Convey the 'big picture' to employees so they know how they contribute to the company's success
