    Pros

Large company can provide multiple opportunities. Much of the old IT management left with Randy Mott, thus improving moral and being replaced with better management.

    Cons

Ravaged by grueling cost cutting by previous CEOs (and CIO) which focused only on wall street bottom line and their bonus, the company struggles to repair the damage as short term actions catch up with them. This has limited the options that the new CEO has, eroded their ability to change course and most importantly severely impacted moral.

There are pockets of workers who aren't overworked and see opportunities. If you decide to join this company, be prepared for war, change, and a continuous struggle to stay relevant as a company.
