    Pros

    best work culture flexibility as long as you deliver the work u can quickly escalate if u act smart and exhibit ur talents near the team leader and manager at the right moments

    Cons

    Not much of a chance to grow if you are hired from a normal engineering college Very much boring projects If u are from Computer Science, u will be crying out loud with the type of work assigned to u. All u need to know is how to type.

    Please assess the employee's ability before assigning him/her to a project
