I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time for more than a year

    Pros

As a contractor I'm not very familiar with the benefits provided to permanent employees. I have spoken to some of the permanent employees and they say the befits are great!

    Cons

Speaking as a PM, you are overworked and underpaid. Hewlett Packard shows no desire to listen to it's employees when we suggest things that will improve on process. No matter what issues are a result of poor performance, HP pretty much ignores any ideas you may suggest.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to what your employees, permanent or contract are suggesting...especially since they're the ones actually doing the work.

    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
