    Pros

    ]Quality products
    Good culture.
    Open door policy.
    Respected brand.
    Competent colleagues.
    Good business partner.

    Cons

    The last 2 CEO´s had a poor strategy plan, that have placed HP in a difficult position. Bought expensive companies that didn´t brought chance in this tech race. Current CEO is fixing the plan and is respected, but HP needs to regain terrain again.
    Employees have been in the last years in an emotional roller coaster, due to continious reorganizations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Keep the current plan, so you can see results. Invest heavily in R&D, so HP beats competition.

    Pros

    If you have entered with a good compensation already, you won't leave this company.

    Cons

    For younger employees, nothing much more for technical wide growth. Though good for experienced ones who's already attained their technical satisfaction in life as Technology are very subdivided in HP. Though good in perception for handling cloud technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Culture in HP Asia Pacific is far from its competitors in the same business and area. When others launch an activity like for the benefit of its empoyees, for example fun run, why should employees still need to pay for the accessories. Other companies doesn't do that. If the intention of that activity is for charity, then why not rename the activity as charity run instead of fun run. Culture dept/committee has just a little budget that supports several events. And for employee referrals, cheap freebies as reward...Big name/company with cheap rewards doesn't sync together.
