    Flexibility, employee friendly, Calm and polite managers. decent extra curricular

    Growth rate is very slow. Less learning for freshers

    Pros

    HP has big businesses, if you are project manager, you can enjoy dealing with big project.
    If you are Technical Engineer, sometimes your job will be outplaced. Or replaced with Indian Engineer.

    Cons

    Unstable business environment, stock price of HP strongly effects your direction, your business.
    Keep watching direction of higher management.
    Direction will be changed frequently.

    Please be patient, do not jump into easy answer.
    Focus to strong point of HP, HP does not have single direction.
    Too tight control of budgeting.
