    Pros

    Work/life balance good
    Decent pay
    Good benefits
    Plenty of tools to do my job
    First line of management is usually pretty good.

    Cons

    Not very big raises or bonuses
    Not a lot of opportunities
    Can't figure out management. They have a very hard time prioritizing. Keep too many flailing projects around.
    They are really bad a talent management. Keep too many low performers around and they don't do enough to keep the really good ones or bring on new top talent.
    Not a a culture of innovation

    Get rid of some levels of management.
    Manage your talent better.
