Pros

Reasonable salary and good benefits. Company has good name overall. Starting to reinvest in R&D

Cons

Too much management and not enough workers. Culture used to be great but over the past decade it has decayed. Carly started it and Hurd finished it. Reduction of innovation has been devastating

Cut the executive management staff

    Pros

    great teams to work with and a plethora of knowledge. Lots of enterprise stuff here. Locations have plenty of space

    Cons

    Unfortunate downsizing. Need to have better social events. Would like to see more employee events

    Pros

    GREAT people in the general working population

    Cons

    Lacking clarity of vision and VERY POOR people management skills. Speaks of the value of the person but when it comes time to let people go often done in an old school value system and structure . Meg Whitman's value has yet to trickle down her organization .

    Advice to Management

    Be open with people about the turnaround and their job security a bit sooner than a two hour notice of termination .
